Anne-Émilie Beaulieu is a co-founder of GBC Légal and has developed, in more than 14 years of practice, a varied expertise in mediation, arbitration and civil and commercial litigation. Anne-Émilie is particularly active in areas of hypothecary financing and litigation, as well as construction and real estate law, providing legal assistance to her clients in the course of the management of their business, both locally and internationally.  She advises and represents her clients involved in commercial disputes before judicial and administrative tribunals, and is an accredited mediator.

Anne-Émilie is currently completing a Master’s Degree in tax law with a particular emphasis on eco-taxation rules and regulations in Québec and Canada. She is actively involved in ongoing ecotaxation projects at the municipal level, assisting municipalities in developing new measures designed to address these complex issues. Anne-Émilie assists her clients in identifying any taxation questions that arise in the context of litigation or contractual negotiations, in order to structure settlements or commercial agreements with an optimal result for the client.
